  • Financial data: Your payment information (securely managed and encrypted by our payment partners like Twint or Stripe; we never store your credit card numbers).

It is exclusively shared with our trusted technical partners to guarantee our service operations (secure web hosting, accounting invoicing software, and financial gateways). We store your personal information for as long as needed to manage your reservations and cleaning plans. Accounting records (invoices, financial receipts) are securely archived for a minimum statutory duration of 10 years, in line with Swiss fiscal obligations.
